Fund
For more than 25 years, LDEI’s
mission has been to provide support to women through educational programs,
mentoring and scholarships. Our efforts
have raised more than $1.2 million and we have
directed those funds to five
colleges and universities in Texas.
Locally, LDEI has endowed a scholarship at El Centro; funded Days of
Taste, a nutrition education program for DISD students held at the Farmer’s
Market and the Family Gateway Culinary Training Program in Dallas, among
others.
